This program is optional. There is no cost or fee assessed to apply for a postal job or to take the required virtual assessment. It is your decision to prepare in advance or not.
Please be advised that if you fail a Virtual Assessment, you must wait for a period of one year before you are eligible to take it again. During that one year period, you are not eligible to apply for any other job vacancies in that particular job category. This includes situations where the candidate does not complete the assessment within the allotted time period and as a result receives a failure rating.
In addition, if you pass an assessment but are not happy with the score, you are not able to retake it in an effort to get a better score for a period of two years.

If you fail all four virtual assessments given online, or you are not offered a job within 30 days of your interview, you will receive a FULL REFUND of your registration fee.
