The deposit for utilizing the resources and live assistance offered on this platform by US Jobs Placement is both refundable and guaranteed.

US Jobs Placement is committed to enhancing candidates’ performance at every stage, thereby increasing their likelihood of securing employment with the USPS.

You are assured a complete refund if:

  1. You do not achieve a passing score in all four virtual assessments conducted for entry-level positions, or
  2. You do not receive a job offer within 30 days after completing the interview process.

Refunds will be issued within 2 days upon verification of eligibility for the refund.

Candidates who do not meet the assessment criteria must provide documentation of their failing scores.

For individuals not extended a job offer following the interview process, documentation of the interview invitation and a signature from the conducting official must be submitted.
